Founded in 1975 (and formerly known as Esanu Katsky Korins & Siger), Katsky Korins LLP is one of the longest-lived general practice law firms of its size in New York City. We have succeeded by resisting the trend among small and mid-sized firms to merge with other firms. By staying independent, we have retained our ability to deliver exceptional personal service. Our clients work directly with the attorneys responsible for meeting their needs. We stay responsive at every step of the way, emphasizing a practical problem-solving approach in everything we do. We are a stable, experienced partnership with a sophisticated practice spreading over all major fields of commercial work, including litigation, real estate, corporate, tax, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, trusts and estates, and matrimonial and family law. Over the years, our clients have included major real estate enterprises, Fortune 500 companies, and leading commercial banks, while we continue to represent smaller, entrepreneurial companies, high net worth individuals in the financial and entertainment worlds and international business people. Every client we represent, no matter how large or small, benefits from our meticulous attention to detail and our experience.
