Donald Lockhart Schuck is a partner in the Bronstein Schuck & Poller Matrimonial Group at Dreier LLP. Mr. Schuck’s practice focuses on resolving complicated family law and executive employment matters. He represents clients across a wide range of industries, including finance, the arts, publishing and professional sports, who are involved in some of the most difficult and personal issues in their lives. Mr. Schuck is trained as a mediator so every effort is made to resolve these matters through negotiation. When a settlement is not possible, he has considerable experience litigating difficult custody and access issues, paternity suits, equitable distribution and related financial issues for high net worth individuals through trial and appeal. Prior to joining Dreier LLP, Mr. Schuck was a member of Bronstein, Van Veen & Schuck, LLC in New York. He has previously practiced securities and employment litigation at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and white collar criminal and commercial litigation at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost Colt & Mosle LLP. Mr. Schuck frequently lectures on family law issues, most recently for the New York State Bar Association on Matrimonial Practice Skills. He has been named to both Best Lawyers In America and New York Super Lawyers. Mr. Schuck has been admitted to practice as a member of the Bar of the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern Dist
