My best friend lives in NM. His wife left him unexpectedly. He came home from visiting his daughter & grandchildren to discover an empty house & empty bank accounts. He was injured at work 2 years ago & has not worked since. He gets only $1,300.00 per month in Social Security. She makes $103,000.00 per year. When her attorney told her the Court intended to freeze her bank accounts & would force her to pay spousal support to him, she cleaned out the accounts & fled to Mexico. She is an American citizen. What, if anything can be done????
